journey

My morning in the cabin it would be quite enough where I can only hear the birds sing in the air. I would see the sunlight shining through my window. When I walk up to my window a can see a beautiful water fall, falling into a shimmering lake filled with fishes jumping up and down with joy. My cabin would be a peaceful place where I can relax and forget all about drama that’s going on in the world and with me. i would have no T.V just a sketch book and colors, my bed has to be a water bed and I my couch makes a U shape and it really comfy.
My day outside my cabin is really relaxing I go to a place where I can see everything. The animals running around, moutons, tress and the cool breeze that passes by every minit. It’s so fresh out here its amazing no trash on the ground no gas in the air just the smell of pine trees and flowers around me. Sitting down on the soft grass I would draw a picture of beautiful things that happens every day.
The base of the mountain its cold but its nice wolfs is everywhere they are so beautiful in their white fur. I would close my eyes and listen to mother earth, I believe that if you stare into an open field with no people around you can hear people sprits even you love ones. Looking down into nature gives me a feeling that one day this can disappear forever because we don’t know how to take care of our earth. And that people can only imagine of a place like this. On top of a mountain I would wait for a aura hear all the sprits that try to keep beautiful places a secret from people and only those that deserve it are only allowed to enter and see an amazing place a peaceful place where u can go and get rid of your anger, sadness, and be drama free. A place where u can feel safe and welcome like you never had been before.
I walked pass a stone in the middle of the mountain it amazing there is two big wolf grading it must be important. It’s tall with huge wings the man looks down on earth like its savior, just like how god looks down on use to protect us. He wasn’t an angel he looked more like an eagle. He has two swords at each side his hand on his forehead looking at the whole valley.

SCHOOL UNIFROMS

High school students shouldn’t wear uniforms to school; high school is a time when kids begin to distinguish themselves from one another. High school students began to develop their own sense of personal style, trying to fit into a group of people or try to stand out. It helps students gain confidence in them. That’s why students should not be forced to wear uniforms to school. Wearing uniforms is also a cover up to the real problems teen and children face today. Uniforms violate student’s right of self-expression, depriving them of their search for their real identity. Now a days I think school uniforms are being pushed more and more into schools, but when you bring up school uniforms most people think  or picture children all in the same colored uniforms gathered in front of a Catholic church or a private school. This picture is one of the many problems with school uniforms. Instead of being seen as an individual, students are seen as just another kid in a uniform attending the fancy private schools. The students cannot develop the self-expression that is crucial to their development at this age. Also Uniforms are thought to create a more protected campus and learning environment, however, if someone wants to bully someone else, clothes are not going to stop them. The cost, which is usually seen as a pro, can actually be more than people anticipate. As one can see, in the best interest of the any student, school uniforms should not be made part of the dress code.

The Concrete Rose

Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature's law is wrong it learned to walk without having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping its dreams, it learned to breathe fresh air.
Long live the rose that grew from concrete when no one else ever cared.
This poem to me means that you go after your dreams no matter what.
It also reminds me of Martin Luther King Jr. and how he is the rose that grew from a crack in the concert. If it wasn't for him dreaming about people getting along  then today wouldn't be today. He showed everyone how powerful dreams can be. When he had the dream where everyone got along where every man/ human are equal he knew that his dream can become real..so when you have a dream don't ignore your dream do some thing to make it happen or for it to be true. because you can never know what you can do with that dream maybe you can change the world or change people lives. and the moral for me in this poem is never say never if your dream has to do with breaking the law then do it stand up for your right , your right to do anything and if it dose change the world then don't stop.because if all those people didn't stand up for what the believe is right our world will be the same as theirs until that one person will go and speak out. yea Martin Luther King Jr died but he died for a good case he died because he wants  his people to be happy to be free to live life to the fullest.

"The Black Cat"

The first black cat Pluto. His name in ancient Roman mythology means king of the underworld, ruling over the abode of the dead.In Greek mythology, which the Romans based their mythology,Pluto was called Hades. So Pluto the black cat, seems to symbolized death to the narrator. When he gave the cat that name it suggest that he thought its a sinister Creator from the moment he saw the black cat. in this book you can tell that the narrator is obviously deranged. also it could do with his drinking how drinking worsened an existing mental condition.I think that the narrator killed the cat also because, the cat fallowed him everywhere and he probable got bugged by it.

HALLOWEEN HAIKU

"The Nacklace"

The moral of Guy de Maupassant’s story “The Necklace” is to be happy with what you have in life and to never ask a lot because the earth or peoples cannot fulfill your every need. In the book there was a line that said, “What would have happen if Mathilde had not lost the necklace?” If Mathide had not lost the necklace or even asked to borrow the necklace, she and Mr. Loisel would not have been in debt ten long years. Because Motile had to borrow the necklace to make her and others like her better her and Mr. Loisel’s economic situation had become worse than it already was. I think that the moral also has to do with telling the truth if Mathide  just told her friend she lost the necklace in the first place then her husband and she wouldn’t be in the situation. Even the necklace was only 25 bucks her friend would understand because that’s what friend do, her friend is also rich to so she can buy a new one when every.

Human Race

The controversy that is surrounding the building of the Islamic Mosque in New York City, and the burning of the Quran, has to do with racism in the world.
The controversy that surrounds the building of the Islamic mosque is that the Islamic building an Islamic cultural center and a mosque would be  a couple of blocks away from ground zero in New York City. The citizens of  New York City have found it to be an insult to the memory of those who  died in the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center towers, where 3,000 Americans were killed . Supporters of the project argue that they have the right to religious freedom which means that the Muslim group is entitled to build their cultural center and mosque. The mosque is not even in  ground zero  it is actually six blocks down from ground zero.
At an extemporaneous news conference Aug. 18, New York’s bishop Timothy M. Dolan said that "as Catholics, we ourselves are somewhat touchy about this issue because in the past we have been discriminated against." He said he would be happy to participate in the  efforts to negotiate a compromise over the Manhattan mosque as part of "a very civil, rational, loving, respectful (discussion)."
President Barack Obama has said that, Muslims have the right to build a mosque on the site as a matter of religious freedoom, the president   has declined to deliberate in on whether it is a good idea for the mosque to proceed or not.
Survivors of 9/11 attack have rift into two groups, those who oppose the mosque project as a desecration of the area, and those who say it could become a place for "healing, reconciliation and understanding."     I think that there is nothing wrong with the Islamic wanting to build their mosque there. They are not even that close to  and all these citizens who are hating on the Islamic people is just because they a are building a mosque I think those people don’t want to give it a try or some of them are scared if they would do it again to use once we trust them again, also they paid for the private property to.
“It may not take 100 years for Muslims to be similarly accepted in the United States, Gillis said, but it will take time”.

“Until then, he suggests, "it may sound simplistic, but you really need to know Muslims as people."

T he Threat to burn Quran has damaged the  US image worldwide, A  pastor threat to burn copies of the Quran (a holy book). The U.S. ambassador of the Vatican said that the pastor has damaged the image of the Untied state, he also saids that "The deliberate destruction of any holy book is an abhorrent act," A small Florida Pentecostal church decide d to burn the Quran on Sept. 11 whitch  represented "disrespectful acts" and in no way reflect "the sentiments of the American people or the U.S. government," he said in a written statement Sept. 10.
Many people told or warn him to not burn the Quran because we still have troops up in Iran. And if we fight fire with fire we just get a bigger fire. When Rev. Terry Jones, announced he had called off the event, he even  said he was going to "rethink" that decision. It is  a good thing he cancelled the event, because if he went though with event I think the Muslim and Islamic people will start attacking and  our troops will be in danger The government turned up the pressure Tuesday
